It's 1:23 a.m. and I'm still at the office piddlin' around and catching up on this 'n that. I brought in some of the stuff I
practically stole bought at Michael's on Sunday night, and added photos to that post, as promised. I have to completely empty my truck -- my beloved gas-guzzling Suburban, that normally gets driven less than 100 miles per month -- no later than Friday afternoon, so I'm sure I'll have photos of the rest of my swag soon.
There's a serious lack of accessible flat surfaces here at the office house, due to all the unlisted eBay items and thrift store stuff that's piled up in the past few months. I had to clear off a flat spot to take the photos, and had a choice of the top of the toilet tank or the washing machine. The washing machine won, due to height and better lighting.
While I was in amateur photographer mode, I tossed some fancy placemats and table runners on the washing machine and took a few pics of one of my favorite autumn floral arrangements ... which has been sitting on a closet shelf, due to the previously mentioned lack of flat surfaces. Why should I clear off my tables -- or call it a day and go home -- when I can goof around taking pictures after midnight? A girl should take advantage of every opportunity
to avoid real work, dontcha think?
After playing around in Photoshop, here are the ones I liked best:
Which one do you like best ... and why?
